Scheduled maintenance
We perform maintenance on weekends (Sundays 00:00–02:00 UTC) with advance notice when possible.
Uptime SLA
We aim for 99.5% uptime. If an outage exceeds 4 hours, Pro subscribers are eligible for a 1-day extension.
