1. The service

TG Downloader is a browser extension that adds download controls to media you can already access in Telegram Web. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Telegram.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the extension lawfully. You must not:

• Download or distribute content you do not have the right to access or save.
• Infringe copyright or other intellectual-property rights of others.
• Use the extension for harassment, illegal content, or any unlawful purpose.
• Violate Telegram's own Terms of Service.

You are solely responsible for how you use downloaded content.

3. Accounts & licenses

Pro access is tied to your email and limited to the number of devices in your plan (2 for Monthly and Quarterly, 3 for Annual). You may manage and revoke devices from the extension's Options page. Do not share your account or license.

4. Payments & billing

• Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record partner, who also handles applicable taxes/VAT.
• Subscriptions (Monthly, Annual) renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime.
• Prices are shown in USD and may change with notice for future billing periods.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Telegram may change its platform at any time, which can temporarily affect functionality. We work to maintain compatibility but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the extension at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date reflects the latest version.
